“Merchants of Doubt” documents the intentional campaign by big industry and corporations to discredit legitimate scientific evidence about the causes and effects of global warming. It also dramatically shows how, through paid public persuasion, the solid science related to other critical health and environmental issues has, in recent years, also been cast into doubt.
Following the film, a panel of extremely well-informed folks from SYRCL and the Coalition will respond to the film and entertain audience questions and ideas. This promises to be a significant evening, and we hope you will join them.
