Speakers pro and con the Centennial Dam, 9:30 a.m.refreshments, program at 10:00, Peace Lutheran Church:  DAM IT…?  The proposed Centennial Dam has become a flashpoint for heated controversy. We will present a panel of speakers including Rem Scherzinger of the Nevada Irrigation District and Caleb Dardick of the South Yuba River Citizens League to present the facts and offer their opinions about why this dam has been proposed, where it would fit into the needs of our region, and why people are either in favor or opposed to it.
