These are exciting times and citizen activism is becoming more and more important and crucial for our times. The Peace & Justice Center of Nevada County is pleased to have the opportunity to connect with local and regional youth and to present a one-day workshop on the many ways that social, political and environmental activists are working towards creating social, political and environmental change in today’s world. We have hosted this event for the past three years with great success, and we’ve been asked to continue to offer this unique and valuable workshop to our area’s students.
