The Palestinian Reality Post Gaza “Ceasefire”:

A Time for Faithful Solidarity and Action

The Church and Society Committee of Nevada City United Methodist Church invites our church community
and those of other churches and faith groups, along with others in the community working on all issues of justice and
peace to join in this panel presentation and discussion on Wednesday evening February 25 at 7 PM.

More details will follow as plans develop, but people can know that the questions
to be addressed will include:

* What do Methodists and other faith groups have to say about Palestine, Israel, and Genocide?
* What are the actions various faith communities are doing and could be doing to bring justice and peace there?
* What does Palestine have to do with Climate Change, Racism, Immigrant justice, and other places of injustice?
* How do BDS (boycott, divestment, sanctions) in general and the Chevron Boycott in particular connect the issues?
