Indigogo Funding Campaign Launch
Story Connects us to our humanity and when arts and media communicate story, there is opportunity for creative collaborative solutions to problems and cultural transformation.This is a wonderful collaborative Multi-Media project inspiring a sense of inclusion and common humanity with homeless people, while promoting compassionate action on the part of the community at large. There are people from 4 nonprofits working together: Hospitality House, Sierra Roots, Nevada County Pets of the Homeless and Turning Point Community Services. These artists, writers and musicians bring a connection between their art and their volunteer work with the homeless people in our community. They have partnered with KVMR’s new Story Catchers program. Go to KVMR.org and read Betty Louise’s blog: Story Connecting us to Common Humanity.
